How to compare product labels

A clear comparison starts with the exact pack, not just the number on the front.

Pack size and serving size

A bottle containing 90 gummies does not necessarily contain 90 labelled servings. Look for the serving size and the number of pieces in that serving. Our product pages keep the pack size and label amount in separate fields to make the distinction easier to see.

Check the full product name

Brands can offer several versions with similar packaging. Match the format, flavour, label amount and pack size together. A photograph alone may not distinguish variants, so read the recorded details as well.

Label amount is not advice

The amount printed on an overseas label describes that product. It does not tell you what you should take. Melatonin is prescription-only in the UK; discuss suitability and treatment with a qualified healthcare professional.

When details differ
