The delivery estimate

The planned average is 5 days, with up to 7 days during busy periods. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. The start of the delivery window and final shipping terms will be confirmed before live orders are accepted.

Follow the recorded stages

Tracking distinguishes warehouse preparation, carrier handoff, in transit and delivered. Updates are entered by our team. The last-updated time shows when a record was changed; it does not mean that a carrier has provided a live location.

Use your private access code

Enter your order reference and private access code in Track order. These two details protect access to the tracking record. If a carrier tracking link is available, open it for the carrier’s latest information. Do not post your access code in public messages.

When an update is missing

Contact the team with your order reference if a record needs checking. Support should not guess a parcel location or promise an arrival date. This storefront is currently a catalogue and does not create real orders.
